Delivery & Return Policy

Nationwide Delivery: We deliver solar products to all 47 counties in Kenya.

Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery within Nairobi takes 1-2 days, while upcountry delivery takes 3-7 days depending on the location.

Delivery Fees: Delivery within Nairobi is free for orders above KSh 50,000. For orders below KSh 50,000, a delivery fee of KSh 1,000 applies. Upcountry delivery fees vary based on location and order size.

Installation: If you select professional installation, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient time for installation after delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Delivered: If we deliver the wrong item, we will exchange it for the correct one at no additional cost.

Change of Mind: Due to the specialized nature of solar products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Warranty Claims: All our products come with manufacturer warranties. If you experience issues covered under warranty, please contact us and we will assist with the warranty claim process.

Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled before shipping with a full refund.

After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can refuse delivery upon arrival.

Custom Orders: Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
